The Doe-Eyed One (Kāmākṣī)

In the realm of divine beauty, there She stands,
The Doe-Eyed One, Kamakshi, with grace so grand,
With lovely eyes like shimmering jewels amassed,
Her gaze on Lord Kameshwara steadfast.

Her eyes a haven of compassion and grace,
A universe of mercy in that tender embrace,
Such beauty unmatched, a sight celestial,
The desires of Her devotees met in moments ephemeral.

Through Her captivating gaze alone,
Wishes fulfilled, love and kindness shown,
Our thoughts mirrored in Her eyes so bright,
A beacon guiding us through the darkest night.

The sacred bījas, kā and mā, entwined divine,
Sarasvatī and Lakṣmī, in unison they shine,
As the very eyes of Mother Lalitha, they dwell,
In awe, we marvel at Her mystic spell.

Kāmā too denotes Śiva, the eternal mate and connection
Ensuring She as His eyes creates an enduring reflection.
In harmony they exist, for all eternity bound,
Their divine essence radiating bliss profound.
