\nRuffled hair, a missed connection, a faraway gaze, an experience sublime
\nA wasted hour, an empty morn, missed opportunity? \u2013 nah, not a crime
\nA wonderful peace, a golden glow \u2013 the gift of time \u2013 in its prime!<\/p>\n
Seekers came, philosophies abound, explain naught, but question more
\nShips of the dark night, they pass but rarely does one find a shore
\nEarthen body, astral mind, bound \u2013 but must allow the spirit to soar
\nMarried to this world, yet must find the will to let go or watch dark rain pour.<\/p>\n
A moment comes, lingers, languishes, awaits use, and then \u2013 lo \u2013 is gone
\nTime moves but forward, and only memory relives what might have been
\nWas that wasted? Or experience that enriches ? \u2013 knowledge hewn
\nEven a wistful glance teaches more than libraries thereon<\/p>\n
I have lazed, wasted, slept, and yet found my mind stepping farther
\nLife in a microcosm- hastening slowly \u2013 a splendid ardor
\nRipening like the fruit on the bough \u2013 slow growth makes the taste better
