They are alternately budding and freezing &#8211; can someone help them figure this weather out?<\/p>\n<p>Happy new 2006 &#8211; everyone! It is a new year &#8211; and time for a fresh shot at just plain &#8216;ole &#8220;living&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>My New Year Resolution is &#8211; NO MORE RESOLUTIONS!
