My understanding:
\nToo often, we are so wrapped up in our determination to find happiness, we forget all the happiness that surrounds and engulfs us. Happiness is not a thing, or a person \u2013 it is a state of being, a mood, a mentality, a whole new and different way of life and living. It is not something to be found \u2013 it is something to be felt, understood and enjoyed.<\/p>\n
Then why look for it, when it is always there?<\/p>\n
