We see this\nin every aspect of our daily life \u2013 our choice of clothes, food, entertainment\nand even friends. We work to please our external senses, at the expense of our\ninner peace. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When we turn\nthis around, it simplifies life, eases our tensions, allows more free time and\nmakes life much more peaceful.
